Methods of payment. Cheque or Cash. Cancellation conditions. Appointments are subject to a minimum 24 hours cancellation policy for either cancelling or re-arranging. We reserve the right to charge for the appointment in full.  All cancellation notices must be received via telephone (not E-mail) at least  24 hours prior to the appointment time.  Please note that new clients who do not attend their Free Initial Consultation will be required to pay a £25 deposit in advance   to book a further consultation. This deposit is carried forward into future appointments and is non refundable in the event of  repeated non-attendance without notice.
